My wish list includes the abikity to bypass the global inbox and instead open a document directly in a known database. Included with that would be the ability to change the document name if necessary at the same time.

Do you want to open a document which is already stored in a DEVONthink database or import/add a document to a database? Just wondering because this is the DEVONagent category.
I want to import a new document directly into a known database rather than import the document into the global in box and move it to its database. Wrong category…sorry.
