"Open item" iOS shortcut needs to be run twice

iPad Mini 5, IPadOS 14.8 and 14.8.1

I use a handful of Very simple shortcuts to open notes. More than half the time, they will open DTTG, but wont go to the item specified. When I run them a second time, they work.

Is there a better way to set them up?

Put in an explicit Open App action and open DEVONthink To Go first.
