Open link in a new window

I saw that is has been requested from users since 2006, but don’t see if it works:

is there a way to say to DTPO that a link in a RTF-Document must be opened in a new tab/new window , without having to hold shortcut keys while clicking?

Modifier keys and the contextual menu are currently the only options.
