just did a quick test and opened a password protected DT Pro Database with Textwrangler.
No Problem to read all the Textfiles in it… Not very trustworthy… Is there a solution for better protection?
May I assume that this is not possible with the SyncStore?
Databases are not encrypted by adding a username and password. If you want your databases private, you should store them in an encrypted sparsebundle disk image.
Sync Stores are optionally encrypted and also raw, chunked data.
