Opening document from DT in Photoshop sends me in endless login loop

Hi,
I’m not sure if that’s a peculiarity of DT at all, but that’s what I see (with PS 26, 25 and 26-beta, DT 3.9.7 on macOS 14.6.1):

  • I can open all PS versions manually by double-clicking on them or using open in the terminal or by clicking on them in the Creative Cloud app
  • But when select a (eg) PDF in DT and then Open in one of the PS apps, the app starts and asks me for my credentials. I enter them, and get asked again (no error in the credentials, as they come from 1Password). Interestingly, if I just close the window by clicking on the red dot on the top left, PS works as it should. If I select “Cancel” in the login window, PS closes completely.
  • The same process in Apple’s “Photos” app (“Edit with … Photoshop”) works ok, i.e. no login required.

Is DT opening PS in any peculiar way?

No. All documents are opened the same way by telling macOS to open them in their default or choosen application.

I assumed as much. So, just something weird with Creative Cloud.
