Opening PDFs and default zoom size

If I open a pdf (i.e. highlighted in list), and type Command + O or Right Click, and Open, the pdf opens in DeveonThink, but at 100% zoom.

As far as I can see it is not possible to have a setting which has a different zoom percentage.

Is it possible to change the default zoom value when open a PDF?

A second issue is the once the pdf is enlarged, it is then necessary to separately alter the size of the window to show all of the PDF (width).

Is it possible to have the size of the width automatically match the width of the PDF as the PDF increases in size?

Currently, no.

Not this way around. If using View > Zoom To Width, resizing the window resizes the document.
