Option to reduce animation when navigating search hits

Hi,

Is there anyway to reduce the animation when navigating through search hits?

I understand its purpose, but I’m finding it to be a bit disorienting.

Edit: Specifically, I mean the effect where the highlighted search occurrence changes size briefly, not the movement of the PDF pages.

Sorry but no, there are no user-settings to change this behavior. First request I recall, but it’s noted.
