Paid through wire transfer but nothing is happening

Hi there,

I am wondering if anyone can help. i paid for a license through wire transfer. But now nothing is happening. Did I do something wrong? I hope someone can direct me to a person that can help.

Probably did something wrong. I paid through Paddle. But all I get is and virtual assistant.

Did you check your spam mails?

Yes, but nothing there.

Some (free) mail provider filter spam so it doesn’t show up in Mail.app at all. In case you’re using such a mail I’d suggest logging into your web account and also checking there.
