PDF annotation sync problem between Mac and Ipad

I make some PDF annotation on my ipad in Devon Think to go 3, but I wait for almost 1 hour the Devon think 3 on my mac still do not have these annotations. Both ipad and Mac are open the sync and I press the cloud icon in both device for many times. Can anyone give me any idea?

  • Please clarify what kind of sync you’re doing.
  • Is there anything reported in DEVONthink’s Window > Log?
  • Is there a triangle on the sync icon in DEVONthink To Go’s bottom toolbar? If so, touch it and tell me what it reports.

I am using icloud sync, there do not have any crash or issue report, after 2hs. These annotations show in my Mac. Is there any way I can increase the speed of sync?

Jim is probably going to want to know which iCloud sync you are using-Legacy or CloudKit.
