PDF Annotations with mixed portrait and landscape pages not displaying correctly

DEVONthink 4.1 Mac Mini M1 16GB Sequoia 15.6.1

The annotations sidebar for PDFs shows the correct thumbnail for portrait annotations, but not for landscape annotations.

If it makes any difference some of these annotations were performed outside of DEVONthink (using PDFgear or via Apple Notes)

What setting did I miss?

Thanks for the feedback! This is most likely a bug, we’ll check this. Do you have a PDF document that you could share (e.g. via PM) so that we could easily reproduce this?
