PDF Reader Window Size Not Remembered in DT4 (Persistent Small Window)

I’m experiencing an issue with the built-in PDF reader in DEVONthink 4 (macOS Sequoia 15.5). When I open a PDF, the preview window launches at a small default size. If I manually resize it to a larger window and close it, the new size isn’t retained. The next PDF I open reverts to the original small window.

Steps I’ve tried:

  1. Resizing the window → Closing with⌘Cmd+W → Reopening another PDF (still small).
  2. Restarting DT4 + macOS.

Expected behavior:
After resizing and closing the PDF reader, future PDFs should open at the last-used dimensions.

Is this a known bug, or is there a workaround to force DT4 to remember the custom window size? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The last used size is remembered for each document. But the default size depends on Settings > Files > Multimedia.

Thanks for the reply, but I still haven’t found where I can set the default size.

That’s not directly possible but the PDF Display options (Single Page vs. Two Pages and the Automatically resize) matter.
