Persistent.... Checkout error

I want to upgrade my Devonthink to Pro, but it keeps showing me the message: “The checkout server returned an error. Please try again later.” What’s going on here?


It’s been ongoing for two days now…

As we do have purchases, the checkout server (run by paddle.com) is functioning per se. Do you use browser extensions or a firewall or DNS blocker that might block it? A screenshot might help, best per private message, so that we can check what the cart looks like and how it looks in the backend here.

I’ve got exactly the same issue. I’ve tried different browsers, deleting cookies, no luck.

Usually, waiting a bit resolves the problem. The checkout itself is loaded not from our servers but from Paddle’s.

Thanks for the suggestion. I’ve had the problem since Friday, so it seems somewhat persistent.

Have you tried it using another browser or another network? Plugins, add-ons, etc. that could block external content? Ad-blockers (even though we don’t have any adds nor trackers besides Matomo)?

As mentioned above, I’ve tried different browsers. I’ve turned off add-ons that could potentially interfere with the connection. I’ve tried on a different computer, and I’ve tried using Safari on my phone over the phone’s data connection, all with the same result.

OK, could you send me a screenshot of the whole cart page including all details? You’re so far the only customer experiencing this (or the only one who contacted us).
