I was wondering if you can implement support for PlantUML (http://plantuml.com/).
This tool let’s you create diagrams (mindmaps, gantt, usecase, …) from a simple text file.
It would be even more awesome if this could be integrated into the Markdown processor as it’s done in e.g. gitlab.
This will e.g. allow you to generate mindmaps with links pointing to item links in a database.
