Possible to set sort order of Items within all groups globally?

I would like all groups sorted alphabetically by name ascending and items within those groups sorted by create date descending.

I know I can sort each group individually; however, I’m dealing with 16 databases…some with up to 20 groups. I’m syncing to an iPhone and iPad so, although it can be done, setting up each group individually would be quit tedious.

Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

If it’s not possible, I strongly recommend global sort settings be incorporated in a future version.

Subgroups of a group will inherit the sort method of the parent, so if you set a group to Created > Descending, the subgroups will also have this setting.

However, you can’t set the sort method on multiple groups at once.
