I use Print to DT3 (Save PDF to Devonthink 3) all the time on the Mac to archive an email. However, I am not able to make it work when using iOS via Printopia. I can print to PDF using other workflows via Printopia, just not to DT3. Printopia’s log shows that the document is being received on the Mac. Is there a limitation in the DT3 PDF services add-on?
The add-on is actually just an alias of the app, macOS handles this automatically (e.g. prints a PDF and forwards it to the application).
Wouldn’t it be possible to use the mail plugin and have a smart rule automatically convert the imported e-mail to a PDF (and if required trash the imported e-mail)?
