As an attorney, I am trying to use DTPO to index large groups of pdf files so that I can search for and find relevant terms. For example, I may import and index 10 to 20 pdf files each with 300 pages or more. I then search for a relevant terms - such as “widget”. I can jump from page to page to see the found term - but I would like to print out only those pages on which the search has flagged a term. This would be a huge help in preparing for depositions and trial.
With that long into, my question is: Is there a way to print just the pages with a found term?
