Printing PDF to DevonThink 3

I’ve just installed DT 3 on to a new computer and have installed the PDF Services add on. On my other computers when I Print >> Save PDF to Devonthink 3 I am asked what I want to name the file and where to place it. On the new computer it automatically places the file into the Inbox. Can someone point out where how I would enable the prompt to a save name and location?

That is controlled by Preferences > Import > Destination.
