I have DT Pro Office rev 2.0.9 I must be missing something obvious but I see no way to selectively print only certain pages of a note. I have a 3 page plain text note. I want to print it double sided but my printer doesn’t do that automatically so I need to first print page 1 then print page 2 on the back side from the manual paper feed tray and finally page 3.
How do I get this to work?
What I would do is bring up the print dialog, select paper handeling, select odd pages only, then put the pages in the manual feeder and print the even page(s).
There is no paper handling option.
This is the only app that I can’t select pages to print.
Normally I would do just as you described but that isn’t possible in DTPO.
Click on the down arrow to the right of your printer name and you will get additional printing options. You want the pop-up that I believe says ‘Layout’ by default, and select ‘Paper Handling’.
BTY, the Mac OS minimizes many layouts like the one that you have pictured-a file save dialog is another that usually defaults to the minimum view. If you explore these panels by clicking on the down arrow, you’ll find many additional options that are available.
