Problem w/ Mac Mail import

Hi,

I’ve recently had problems importing select messages from Mac Mail into DTP. When I select an email message in Mail, I go to Mailbox->Add to DEVONthink Pro Office. In the past, this worked as it should, but lately it’s importing a batch of email message into a folder within DTP.

Also, I’ve tried dragging and dropping select messages from Mac Mail into DTP, but that’s not working either.

What should I do to fix this?

What is reported in DEVONthink’s Window > Log?

“1 previously imported” – but it wasn’t successfully imported.

DEVONthink has a record imported emails by UUID. If you have deleted the email but haven’t emptied the Trash, it’s still imported. You’d need to empty the Trash to clear it all the way.
