Problem with Numbers on iPadOS when Editing Files Saved in DTTG

Hi. I’m having a problem using Numbers on iPadOS when the file is saved in DTTG and is being edited. The program behaves in such a way that every few seconds it saves the latest version. During this time, it ends the editing of the formula in the cell and refreshes the view. This happens when DTTG is in a window next to the spreadsheet. Also, in the database, the view is refreshed. Each change in Numbers causes the database to synchronize with the one on macOS. This problem doesn’t occur when using Excel; there’s no automatic database update. In the DTTG options, I have set manual synchronization because I hoped this would solve the problem. I’m able to enter simple formulas, but sometimes I have to edit the cell multiple times. If I minimize DTTG, the problem doesn’t occur, but sometimes I need to copy data from another file and need to have Numbers and DTTG side by side.

This seems to be an oddity of Apple’s apps. We thought we had circumvented this weird behavior with a workaround a while ago but it seems it’s still there. We’ll try to reproduce it and fix it if it’s anything we can do on our side.

Thanks :+1:

Version 3.8.7 should improve this behavior.
