Problems/Bugs Annotating PDF

When annotating a PDF and using chat from a selection in the document for example to create a table/summary, when clicking “annotate” it always deletes, what is already in the annotation, only puts the new table/summary there.

Only if I use “Zusammenfassung per Chat einfügen” in the right side bar, it appends at the bottom.

But then, how is it thought to be used together with the other annotations?:

I annotate, use “zusammengefasste Anmerkungen einfügen” at the end of reading the whole book? How should I use it, if it is work in progress and I want to use annotations of a part of the book and continue working later?

How does the “Zusammenfassung per Chat einfügen” fit in there? I would have to insert it while reading a page, but can only add the other annotations via “zusammengefasste Anmerkungen einfügen” at the end, so it would not be in the right order (tables/chat summary on top, the rest in page order).

Am I missing something? Thanks!

Plus: Also, when trying to add something above the table or below, it is not possible, as the text editor always keeps the focus in the table - I cannot work outside of it.

It seems quite reasonable to insert the summary while you read a document. If that’s insufficient, why aren’t you just copying the summary and pasting it into the Annotation file where you need it?

This command should insert the summary at the current location of the text cursor in the Annotations field, not necessarily at the end.
