Problems with smart folder scripts

This is a two parter:

Part 1:

I’m trying to set up a folder that will automatically import any item that matches a variety or criteria. I opened up the info pane for the folder and linked to the any words script and then named my folder “Copyright DRM” (without the quotes). The folder then filled up with over 3,000 items. Unfortunately many of the items contained NEITHER of my keywords (Copyright OR DRM). Any thoughts on what might have gone wrong here?

Part 2:

Is there anyway to limit the scope of how far the smart folders scripts work? I would like to set up the smart folders so that any items I dump into a parent folder will automatically be filed into a child folder based on keywords in the text. I tried looking at the scripts but I’m not fluent enough in script-ese to figure this one out.

The script searches all data including title, path, URL or comment.

This is possible but requires customized scripts, e.g. have a look at the in parameter of the search command.
