I have encountered an app that would really make my work flow a lot easier: an app called workspaces (Workspaces – Project-based launcher for Mac – Apptorium) that allows me to group all kinds of resources (files, apps, web sites…) and launch and and close them with one click which would be extremely convenient for switching between multiple projects.
now my question to either the DT folks or anybody who already has experience with the app: all my relevant data lives in DT. if I drag and drop a file from DT into the workspace app for it to view / launch the data upon activating a workspace (in the app) does that confuse the DT database or is that a legitmate access to files within DT?
in other words can I use DT like the finder by dragging files into another app for that app to remember and launch that file on request or could that create issues in the DT database? thanks for any thoughts or ideas…
