When I look at the contents of my Inbox in DT3, there is one group that is always at the top of the list regardless of the modification date (which is the sort criteria for all the other items in the list).
I searched high and low and could not seem to find a reference in either help or here in the forum.

The option to keep groups on top (see Preferences > General) is probably enabled.

Is there a keystroke that I can type or anyway that I can setup a keystroke (Keyboard Manager?), to toggle the preference “Keep groups on top”?
I would like to be able to toggle that without going into preferences every time.
If not available….feature request.
No you can’t set a keyboard shortcut as it’s not a menu item.
