I’m working through more than a hundred thousand photographs of historical documents. I am previewing and/or opening them with keystrokes, but have to use the mouse when it comes to assigning them labels. Is there a way to assign labels with a keystroke? Any tips on this would be hugely appreciated!
First, I assume that you want to label the files using DEVONthink on the Mac, and not DEVONthink To Go? If so, you can assign a shortcut to any menu item using the System Preferences application Keyboard>Keyboard Shortcuts>Application Shortcuts. Here is what a label entry named Flagged would look like when assigned the control-option-command-L key.
Wow – this is super helpful. Thanks so much!!
