Good Morning All,
I realized that since I index my Database and that the saved searches and smart groups dont sync, I no longer need to sync my DTPO DBs. I cleaned the location and turned off syncing. How can I get that Space back on my HD?? Do I need to delete something ?? Thanks !
Why is this the logical conclusion you’ve drawn?
What kind of sync are you doing?

I would rather access my documents via dropbox or files on iOS, mostly because the links, Smart Groups and saved searches don’t sync. I only use one computer so no need to sync another Mac… Also, I often find myself needing to access my files via dropbox from “strange” computers off site of my work. This is why I no longer need to sync. Correct me if I am wrong???

I was syncing via iCloud…
Thanks

Nope. Not wrong at all, as it fits your needs and situation.
iCloud sync is local but the space used by sync data should be reclaimed, though it may not be instantly. The space used on Apple’s servers should be reclaimed as iCloud cleans up on its own schedule.
