Registering DTTG4 with DEVONthink Pro license — "Not licensed" persists

I’m trying to register DEVONthink To Go 4 using my DEVONthink Pro license, which is valid through June.

In DTTG4 I navigated to Settings > License & Account. The screen shows two rows: License (“Not licensed”) and Account (“Not signed in”).

I tapped Account. My name was pre-populated, my license number was masked in the field below it, and Sign In was grayed out — indicating I was already authenticated.

Returning to the previous screen, License still shows “Not licensed.”

Question: What’s the correct way to attach the Pro license to this device? Is there something I’m missing in this flow?

Is there something I’m missing in this flow?

Yes… why aren’t you tapping the License section?

PS: This is covered in the Settings > License of the built-in Help and manual.

I did tap on the License section. “Restore purchases” seems like the right option, but tapping it results only in a subtle change in the text color and leads nowhere. The screenshots below show what I see.

I also opened the license panel in DTP, where it says this: “This license is not in use on any iPad or iPhone at the moment,” and it offers no option to license any iPad or iPhone.

It shows you’re not signed into your DEVONtechnologies account.
Choose the Action (…) menu > About > Contact Us to start a support ticket if you’re having an issue signing into your account.

But I AM logged in. To test it, I just logged out and logged back in again. Everything on the Mac side seems to be fine.

This shows you aren’t logged in…

I’ll start a support ticket.
