Log into your DEVONtechnologies account, click the product, and check what seats are in use. If there are none, click Edit and remove the reference to the Mac. Then activate a seat at the top of the page.

It showed two seats being used. I’m guessing one was the prewiped mac and the second the “new” one. I removed the older seat, but my account still shows me with two seats, so I don’t seem able to add another seat without paying. I apparently can’t remove the remaining seat for five days for some reason…

There is a cooling off period when deactivating and activating seats to curtail licensing abuse.
Right I figured, but despite my account showing only one seat in use, it’s not letting me activate a second seat to get going again now. Or am I misunderstanding…
