Registration problem: certificate issue

While trying to register with the new DT4 Pro licence code (after updating from DT3) on my “old” MBP M1 with macOS Ventura, I got an error window saying this cannot be done because of an invalid certificate*. After confirming I will try it anyway, this error message reappears. What to do? Thank You!

*in German: Das Zertifikat für diesen Server ist ungültig. Eventuell wird eine Verbindung mit einem Server hergestellt, der vorgibt, „api.devontechnologies.com“ zu sein und vertrauliche Daten gefährdet.

Please search in the forum for “certificate” or check the blog size. The issue is known and related to a certificate used by DT for which the root certificate is not available in older versions of macOS.
You could either upgrade your OS (preferably) or install the missing root certificate. The procedure for that has been described here some months ago.
