Trying to work out the function of the “Reimbursable” tick box in the Data tab of the Info pane of DT4.3.2. Is it something to do with invoicing metadata or something else?
While maybe you don’t remember creating it, “Reimbursable” is probably custom meta data that you setup at some point. See Menu: Setting → Tab Data to see the current list, and if you don’t need then delete it there.
It’s part of the default custom metadata set, typically used in business situations, e.g., if I purchased software for work could I be reimbursed for it.
Thanks for the clarification … before I answered I looked to see if “Reimbursable” was in my default list and did not find it inside DEVONthink? How to see the complete list of default metadata? The “Help” file in “Metadata” section says “Here’s a partial list” and “Reimbursable” not there.
Silly me. 
. I now see that word. I thought I looked very closely before answering. My bad.
No worries. I partially remember it as I know it’s not an attribute I would have added manually.
Thanks all for the clarification. Makes sense. I must of switched it on at some stage. Having so many options available in DT makes this such a great app.
