I have just realised that you can’t replicate outside of a database.
It would be useful to be able to replicate to another database.
Duplicate instead.
If you need the same file in more than database so that changes to the file are visible / searchable in each database, then leave the file(s) in the OS X file system and index that file instead of importing it.
