i have a lot of Documents on my iCloud Drive which I want to import to Devonthink.
The files are named YYYY-MM-DD+Topic.
I want to remove the Date from the Filename on Import. So just remove the first 11 characters.
How can I do it? Is it possible with a SmartRule?
Similar questions have been asked and answered here many times already. If you use the forum search, those will turn up.
A smart rule or batch processing using the Change Name action plus the Name without Date placeholder should do this.

Why do you think you need a smart rule? A smart rule is intended for habitual processes. See this blog post on how to determine what suits your needs…
That being said, your inquiry is no more complicated than this Tools > Batch Process on selected items, using the Name Without Date placeholder…
