No. It is part of the default structure of the database.

Actually, nevermind. What I was trying to do was recreate my inboxes from within two other databases which don’t have the tags group visible in the inbox. But I just realized the Global Inbox is a database, so I get why I can’t remove it from this particular “inbox”. Sorry to waste time.
