The stuff after the question mark often relates to parameters identifying what you want to access on the web server.
I suspect a general case tracker remover may not be practical, and then there’s the common issue of things like single pixel image references in the web page named in such a way as to identify the site visitor.
@chrillek is correct on this. Having a ? in a URL does not necessarily indicate it’s tracking anything. In fact, some tracking URLs don’t have a ? at all.
