Replace Text in Names

Hi,

the Script “Replace Text in Names” which is bundled to DEVONthink Pro is not able to find and replace blanks. How could this be fixed?

I want to use the Script to Find and Replace two blanks with one blank.

I’ve just added several instances of two spaces to a name and the script replaced all of them with one space. One possible reason for your issues might be that the name does not contain standard spaces (e.g. unicode contains several white spaces).
