Unfortunately I have scanned several documents with OCR first page only. Is there a way how to rescan these documents in order to receive full OCR documents?

Yes. I’m assuming that the PDFs have already been captured into a DEVONthink database.
If you are using DEVONthink Pro Office, select such a PDF and choose Data > Convert > to Searchable PDF.
Caveat: The accuracy of text recognition by OCR is related to the resolution and quality of the image file.
It looks like that the conversion process does not start when the file is already PDF+Text.
You should be able to re-OCR PDF+Text – choose the file(s) and use Data > Convert > To Searchable PDF. You might need to open Window > Activity to see the progress. The quality might deteriorate each time a PDF is re-OCR’d – so your first page’s quality might diminish.
