How to reset/ update DA Pro keychain - as screenshot

That’s not DEVONagent. It’s Keychain Access asking you to allow DEVONagent permission to use a stored credential. So what do you actually want to reset?
Does one of your search sets try to automatically send emails?
That makes sense (that it is Keychain asking for access to DEVONagent to use a stored premission) - and that one of my search sets (set up some years ago may be set to an email).
However, I cannot see within DEVONagent any search set that has an email connected to it, nor anywhere in DEVONagent that sets up such an action.
The “Email” option in Settings goes straight to triggering the password request - so how can I “get ahead” of this request and reset?

Did you check Window > Search Sets?
Deny the request once, then select the Apple Mail option in Settings > Email
Yes, I went through each of the search sets (and the General-Advanced-Sites etc).
Nor did I see anywhere that asks for this log-in information
Perhaps delete the search sets and see what this does/ delete and re-install DEVONagent? But would like to understand its set up rather than acting blindly. (I’m likely to use DEVONagent more that way)

Could the problem be that my DEVONagent licence is linked to my prior University (Hong Kong U) and my DT3 licence is linked to my corrent University (James Cook) - as attached.
They both show up when I log in via DT site - but I cannot log-in when I try to do so via the DEVONagent link.
I’d like to unify (not that I am non-unified) :: how can I do that ?

License handling doesn’t require the keychain. It’s most likely related to Settings > Email, see above.
