Am I correct in assuming that there’s no way, short of scripting, to set a custom metadata value (in my case it’s the pre-defined “amount”) to the result of a chat in a smart rule?
The only options I see to change “amount” are “manually” (which doesn’t seem to support placeholders) and “automatically” (which offers only “document amount” and “suggested price”).
That is correct. No custom metadata with a numeric data type supports placeholders at this time, logically not supporting the Query Response placeholder.
