I was using Thunderbird as a feed reader and my feeds worked correctly. I exported the feeds from Thunderbird into OPML files. I moved Thunderbird to the trash. I dragged those OPML files into DevonThink Pro Office. In the DevonThink database window, I see the orange RSS icon for all the feeds and, in the info window, I see the correct URLs. But, none of the feeds refresh for me.
Which update interval do you use, see Preferences > RSS` Are you able to refresh them manually via the contextual menu? And which version of DEVONthink Pro Office do you use?
The version is 2.7.7.
I did set it to manual and clicked on the “Refresh Feed” button in the context menu. Nothing happened. I know which are quite active feeds and should have had new content but none of the feeds show any content.
Could you please send the URL of the feed, a screenshot of Preferences > RSS and the file ~/Library/Application Support/DEVONthink Pro 2/Console.log to cgrunenberg - at - devon-technologies.com? Thanks in advance!
