RTF format style

Hi,
Contrary to DTPO version 2, in DTPO version 3 my formatted RTF styles shortcuts do not work within DTPO database. In another words, I can use these style shortcuts only after I open the actual file. Am I missing something?

RTF styles shortcuts do not work within DTPO

Not sure I understood what’s the problem but the formatting bar has to be visible to use a shortcut (Format > Show Formatting Bar).
