I use the email import feature in DTPO to archive emails related to a particular project. However, it’s sort of awkward to continually have to open the import dialog, select an email folder, enter a filter string and then finally hit “Import”. It would be very convenient to define the import filter once and associate it with a group in DTPO and then to have the filter automatically execute every so often or at least be read for me to manually run it again.
Any thought about adding functionality like this?
