Scan: black page

Hello. I have been using DEVONthink3 for months.
Everything was working very well, but for the last few days, all the scans have been generating a completely black page.
This page can be displayed normally by AcrobatReader but neither by Preview (black page) nor by DEVONthink (black page).
What can be done?

Let me guess, you are using Big Sur 11.3 beta? See this thread.

If you are using 11.2.x, see this thread, and maybe report back more information on whether you are going through the same steps before the black pages appear. Are you using a ScanSnap scanner? Have you recently updated the ScanSnap software?
