In my attempt to scan into DT this morning, I continually get “Action Required: Error: Officejet 7610 series (5AF8F1). An error occurred during scanning.” I had done several scans just the other day without any issue. Any ideas?
Found the problem. It won’t do Black & White, but it will do Grayscale.
