The scanning worked perfekt for years.
Suddenly it changed: The scanner (Canon Pixma MG 6350) can be operated by Devonthink Pro 3.5 under OS 10.13.6, it scans and then places the scan at the desired location in DV.

BUT: the preview area in DV remains grey, so no scan object is visible and it is also no longer possible to determine a section of the scan.

This appears to be related to Canon scanners as someone reported a similar thing last week. Hold the Option key and choose Help > Report bug to start a support ticket.
