ScanSnap Cloud OCR issue

Fujitsu ScanSnap Scanners can scan to the ScanSnap cloud and transfer the file afterwards to e.g. dropbox. ScanSnap Cloud offers OCR functionality.
But the result (recognised text) is only readable by Acrobat Reader, not at all with the preview.app of Mac OS and therefore the words aren’t recognised by DT3 either.

The created PDF document is probably incompatible to macOS’ Quartz engine. Could you please send an example to cgrunenberg - at - devon-technologies.com? Thanks.
