Script for 3 groups and an rtf file

Is it possible to write a script so that DT would automatically generate three groups (entitled: input, output, workspace) and one of my templates files?
And if it is possible, would someone be so kind as to write it for me?

A script might not even be necessary. E.g. you could select the 3 groups & the file, use File > Export > As Template… and afterwards Data > New From Template > … to create such groups/files.
