Script to "Copy Frame Link"?

Hi,
What is the variable name you would use in an AppleScript to copy the current time of a video in seconds? The functionality I’m looking for is partly already in “Copy Frame Link” of contextual menu of video files (for example: link?time=707.650299), but I would like to do the same thing with a script and also use the time in seconds in a file name with a script.

There’s no property yet for the current time.

Has this changed since 2014? I’m wanting to automate Copy Frame Link with a hotkey instead of navigating the user interface by mouse to dramatically speed up video annotations.

See current movie frame property of tabs/windows. You could also use the Annotations & Reminder inspector, the popup of the annotation includes the possibility to copy the current page/frame link (and a shortcut).
