Scrivener stored in DTP

I have a new project that is prompting some new usage of DTP. It just occurred to me that keeping my Scrivener project of this work in DTP could be convenient. A couple of questions about this:

  1. Is keeping a Scrivener project on DTP safe, or even advisable?

  2. If it is, would DTP sync allow using the Scrivener files on another computer, as long as everything is closed up properly on the initial computer?

If I’m headed down a dangerous path here, please advise me and warn me off! Or, hopefully, if this process can be safely used, are there any tips users could offer to make it work better?

I’ve been using Scrivener in that scenario and…

1.- No.
2.- No.

I will work fine 99.999999999999% of times but one day it will fail, as it failed to me. I didn’t lose texts, as Scrivener is very strong in that, but I had problems with it.

Currently I still have my Scrivener stuff in DTP, but indexed. Files are located in iCloud Drive and are indexed into DTP.
