Search with some terms in the name and some in the content

Hi there,

I have a simple text file with contents:

z y

Its name is

x z

If I do the search

x AND y AND z

the document is not found. There is a space between the letters in the content and the letters in the name.

If I include all of x, y, and z in the name then the text file is found. If I include all of them in the content then it is found.

For a conjunction like this is it required that every part be found in one place; all in the name or all in the content?
