Searching by Kind and Word Count

Eric suggested on the blog that once OCR was back in place for DTPO 2 that we could “easily find all un-OCR-ified PDFs in your databases using a smart group looking for kind ‘PDF/PS’ and a word count of zero.”

I thought it sounded easy too. Then I tried it. I have no idea how to do this. Is there some sort of list of searchable meta attirbutes somewhere? Could someone please help me with the syntax for this search?

You need to make a new smart folder wth the categories file type PDF and word-count 0. worked fine for me.

Wow. I had totally missed the boat. I thought the only way to create Smart Groups was by conducting a search, then saving the query. Thanks for the pointer. Can’t belive I missed that!
